Refund and Cancellation
- Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, we can issue a store credit with a 3-month validity or offer an exchange without any processing fee deductions.
- Domestic Orders: If you prefer a refund instead of a store credit, we will refund the amount after deducting a 6% restocking fee to cover payment and order processing charges. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Dispatched Orders: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
- International Orders: We do not accept exchanges or returns for international shipments.
Return Policy
- We conduct a thorough quality check of all items before dispatch, minimizing the chance of receiving a defective item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized stitching orders and Parsi Gara (sarees and dupattas) cannot be returned or refunded. Pre-order items are also non-returnable.
- Ineligible Returns: The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products with physical damage to the box or product.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items included at the time of delivery.
- Products without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including those with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
We will issue a credit note for any returned items.
Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our hand-embroidered designer clothing, we do not entertain exchange requests.
